Merry Christmas one and all!!!

Once again it’s time to drink all the port/sherry/brandy(/vodka for me!!!), pull crackers and try to laugh at the jokes, watch our relatives fall asleep in the chair and eat a mountains worth or christmas dinner!!! It’s great to be in the christmas mood now after a night of rocking out at the local pub then come home to family and presents (yes i did end up feeling Christmassy!!!). Now for all you people who are nosey and curious, here’s what i got for christmas:

• £70
• £10 Argos gift card (hopefully I’ll use it for something without insurance!!!)
• £100 High Street gift card
• £10 worth of chocolates
• Itouch charger and adapter
• 7 in 1 USB HUB
• 1TB External Hard Drive (I’m drooling over the size!!!)

Hmm quite a bit of stuff for 19 I think. To be honest i thought that I’d only get a few presents and £20 max but this is great and all of it is extremely useful (well apart from the chocolates which I’m eating as i type!!!).

Anyways I just want to say something to everyone I haven't said it to yet:

Hmmm does it feel like Christmas to you???

It’s 2 days till christmas and to be honest now that I'm 19, christmas doesn’t seem as special as it used to. I mean yes I still like christmas but it doesn’t feel like it and I've not really done many “Christmassy” things yet (apart from the decorations). Even all the snow that we have all experienced it just doesn’t feel like it. Yes that's how bad it was outside my house yesterday the road was closed off for the first time in over a decade!!! There were still cars trying to use but to no avail as they were skidding everywhere! We even had an accident where a car was parked up and a car next to it trying to drive off. So the driver had the brilliant idea of pushing the car to get it going. We as obvious as it was, the car went into the back of the other car (fuck i should have got a picture of it to post on here, damn it!!). So he was there for half an hour sorting that out then still trying to get home!!! He managed it in the end.

Anyway, enough of that. Now to have a rant at 2 things that have annoyed me over this half of December: the police and Argos insurance. the reasons that i want to have a rant about them will be explained in the rants so here we go.

Should you ever need the police, they TRY to deal with the problem/crime. For example your phone nearly gets stolen (attempted robbery), they will get the details off you and ask for a detailed description for the guy. They call you a week later asking for someone else (a possible witness) to give them another description. If you don’t have 1 then you’re as good as FUCKED because they expect that someone else would have seen it. you don’t have 1 then they say that they CAN’T do much else apart from do a  Microsoft paint / witness 2000 so that you can come in to confirm their face on a piece of shitty software. I got a phone call today about my case. Apparently my case is as good as closed as they don’t have a good enough description of they guy.

THATS WHAT A DETAILED DESCRIPTION IS FUCKING FOR. I GAVE THEM AN EXACT DESCRIPTION OF THE GUY (I don’t have a photographic memory for nothing you know) AND WHAT DO THEY DO WITH IT? FUCK ALL. THERE A WORTHLESS PIECE OF SHIT TALK ABOUT WASTING MY FUCKING TIME.

Argos’s brilliant, easy to use, hassle free insurance

Ok you might remember about my previous rants about my phone situation. As it was covered with Argos's insurance it should have been easy, just go in hand in the phone and they'll fix and repair it BUT NO, I have to use my money to call an 0870 number (even though I paid £15.99 for the insurance), then use more of my money to send it off in a 1st class, special delivery, padded package to the insurance company (which cost £5). I get a voucher back for £68 (that i have to activate over the phone using another 0870 number) to buy a new phone only from Argos and find out that all the phone in that price range are as good as the modern forms of the bricks from 1998. There shit! So I've paid about £90 (inc insurance) just to pay about £22 to ring and send off the phone to get a £68 voucher which all the phones in that price range are shit. It’s fucking ridiculous. Here’s a tip: If you buy something from Argos and you want insurance on it, please get it from somewhere else if you don’t want the hassle and the extra expenses because Argos don’t want anything to fucking do with it.

Christmas is coming

Hi all!!!
So christmas is coming round the corner once again, time to bring out fleeces, gloves, wolly hats and the good old hot toddys!!! Not to mention shit loads of money to buy prezzies for your family and relatives. And unfortunately thats still the problem with me, no job and very limited money (jobseekers still). Worse, is that my phone is broke and while thats STUCK at home all I have is a crappy PDA which doesn't even do the features it's supposed to do. Also to do with my phone, why the fuck do I have to falk out £16 of accidental damage cover to have to do all the fucking work myself. I have to pay for it to be sent off, pay for the phone call to claim and no doubt I'll probibly have to put money towards the repair for it. Argos do fuck all these days for repair.

Anyway off the ARGOS IS FUCKING LAZY topic!!! I have reserved a present for my mum today and buying it later. I also got paid today so thats money in my pocket again (finally!!!). I have also been appointed as decorator for christmas (yay!) as last years was brilliant.

I will hopefully be posting weekly (if I have the time) so you will all know what I'm upto.

Hi people. I may be blogging frequently now that i have a laptop hooray!!! There's a good side and 2 bad sides to this though:

The good side!!!
I have unlimited internet access to play games (yay), look for jobs (sigh!) and keep in contact with everyone i know!

The Bad sides!!!
My parents (or should I say parent and peter), are constantly having s go at me just because they think I'm playing games on this laptop 24/7 (to me I just think thats it's just another fucking reason to have a go at me). Second of all, the specification of the laptop is quite crappy:

1st day as a blogger

Well today was ok went to a pub and met my mates (with no money) so that was fun. Im playing the waiting game with job vacancies as i really need money (i do however get paid on friday for jobseekers allowance). My mum is fucking constantly on my back for money (from friday i have to give my mum £35 a pissing week for board which as you can guess im not happy about) so she will be happier on friday.

Tomorrow im supposed to be either going blackpool with my mum or going to the pub with my mates so i'll tell you where i went tomorrow.

FIRST ENTRY

Yes i've finally decided to do a blog!!!

I won't be sad enough to post everyday (thats only if i'm bored!!!) but I will be posting a few times a week.

I will be posting about various things such as: what I did today, recent events that concern me and maybe even thoughts on my personal life so there will always be something to blog about. 1 good thing is that I don't like to make long blog posts so they'll be quick and easy to read.
